Medical Interview

If you suspect Covit-19 or any other infectious disease, you can help prevent the infection of others if you can interview the patient through his or her smartphone and send the results via email instead of paper.
         The same is true for the medical interview for each department. The system can also be used when a doctor wants to interview a patient directly in the clinic's consultation room.
         This is an adaptation of a list of free multilingual explanatory materials for foreigners provided by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
         To use this service, you need to create an account for each medical institution or health care provider. If you would like to create an account, please send us your name, e-mail address, and affiliation in the contact form at the bottom right. We will contact you for further information.
         You do not need to have an account to use the Covit-19 questionnaire.
